I just found out I am Pregnant, and need to tell my fiancé.?

I took 3 test and all say I am pregnant. We recently got engaged, and have a 5 year plan for our careers then to have kids. I am on BC so this is a shock. We both got transferred to our current location for work and are nowhere near family, so that is our real biggest concern. I am very nervous to tell him. I am freaking out any advise from anyone?
