I Hear Voices But After Today Is This A Spiritual Or Mental Thing?

I hear voices all day. I honestly just got done crying. I related with this other african american pro activist Tommy Sotomayor. He told a story of which he had a terrible time in his life and i m honestly going through the same thing. He found it hard to get up, eat, sleep, take a shower, brush his hair. I couldn t help to be emotional. It s because of the voices. The voice in my head are so toxic. After the tears I heard the voice in my head say my name is Kirstin after I murmured who would do this to me. I m confused. Is this a spiritual thing or mental thing.
