Any good science fiction and/or fantasy works with animal rights themes?

I'm working on a presentation that's supposed to criticize common practices of animal exploitation. My idea is to reference some science fiction and fantasy works in which humans are being treated in ways similar to how non-human animals are being treated by humans in the real world. Do you know of any such works?
