Can I gain 2 inches in height ?

I'm a 19 year old guy, I'm 6 ft I always say I'm 6'1 because I'm a little under 6'1 barefoot but with shoes I'm 6'1. I really want to get to 6'3, but I haven't grown much at all since I was 16-17. Is there something I could do to gain 2 inches ? I have literally not facial hair and no chest hair and I'm skinny and it's hard to gain weight so I don't know if that means I still need a little growing until I mature.
