Scared of getting another part time?

Summer is slowly coming and I'll need some sort of job, but after working in retail and fast food I feel anxious of just thinking about it, because the way I am people have always looked down on me, which made me feel really anxious and I panic so easily. Helping my dad out is the only job I feel comfortable working in, everywhere else I'm all over the place. What shall I do I'm a 20 year old male btw
