How do I find my caller ID on my Galaxy Core Prime?

I have a Verizon phone and it's an Android. It's also a Samsung Galaxy Core. Anyway I guess I did something to it and now every time I call somebody it says my number is restricted. I tried looking it up online but I couldn't find anything. It kept telling me to look for additional settings but I don't have additional settings please help
