Help translate my girlfriends dream?

My girlfriend said she had a dream that we broke up and soon after I found another girlfriend. Specifically, in her dream I was driving with my new girlfriend sitting beside me, and with my actual girlfriend in the backseat. My new girlfriend was jealous of the bond that my actual girlfriend and I had and she didn t want me to be around my actual girlfriend. My girlfriend said after that she woke up and started crying. She told me about her dream two days after it happened. This dream has come up a few days after some tension between us. Mostly things are good in our relationship and we spend a lot of time together. She told me her dream over the phone, while I was showering. When I asked her about the Dream in person she told a more brief version but not looking in my eyes once. What do you think her dream means?
