Can i use a Dell discount at a store?

So my school has a Dell discount program and if I go to the Dell website through my schools website it'll tell me discount prices. I want to know if I can take maybe my school ID (ITT-Tech) and go to the store, for example Walmart, and purchase a dell computer with the discount? My parents are getting me a laptop but they don't trust buying online.
