Question about tattoo healing?

For cleaning, can you use anti-bacterial hand soaps? Yes, I'm aware of H2Ocean and Tattoo Goo and stuff like that, but nowhere open around me sells them. I need some for tonight. All the other anti-bacterial soaps at the store have fragrance.
