Can a large breed puppy eat large breed adult food?

i have a 13 week old large breed puppy. i also have a 1 yr old large breed dog. i am switching them over to Chicken Soup for the Pet Lovers Soul, but the puppy version is not much different than the adult. is it okay to feed her this or does she NEED puppy food? the crude fat and protien percentages were very similar.
