Instagress alternatives?

I know there are many similar websites but I want one that you can schedule when it auto likes/follows. On instagress you can buy 1 month which is 30 days but you can make it only follow during say 12 hours of the day and it will only charge you during that time. Well 12 hours is 1/2 a day which means 1 month of time is equal to 2months so you're getting much more bang for your buck. Any sites like this?
