What causes a car to shake while driving at high speeds?

I was driving on the interstate. My car was shaking. And the steering wheel shakes back and forth. I'm getting a front end agaiment and they say nothing else is wrong. But it still shakes. What is going on? The tires are brand new. My car is a 1999 nissan altima
