How do you add artists to station on the computer version of Pandora?

When I had Pandora before you could add artists to a station to refine it. I haven't used Pandora for a while since I switched to Spotify. But the windows store doesn't have a desktop Spotify app so I downloaded Pandora. I can create a station, but I can't refine it by adding artists.
