Painfull knuckle?

So i have been really really stressed out and i punched a wall a few times. I went to an orthopedist and they did an xray. They said there was nothing wrong with my hand but a possible fracture of my 4th metacarpal bone and they put my 3 fingers in the cast for 7 days. Now the cast is off and i dont even feel pain in the fourth finger but rather it hurts when i try to squeeze my fist and the pain is on pinky finger knuckle and a little bit above it. I feel pressure and pain but nothing severe
