My left 14g taper is stuck in my ear?

So this was my first time stretching and I started at a 14g like I was told to. The right one went in perfect and the plug went in easy as well. My left taper is almost completely through my ear but it s stuck. Maybe this is normal? Should I leave it alone for a while or keep trying to force it out? If you re gonna answer with "maybe that s why you shouldn t look like a freak" or anything else, please don t comment. I m just looking for help. My taper hurts to try and push through, maybe this ear is harder to stretch?
