How do I accurately import transactions to Quickbooks from a PayPal business account?

I am working for a client with thousands of transactions that needs to be imported. I'm primarily having a problem finding a way to accurately import to match the statement balances for reconciliation. The statements appear to have a lot of info that isn't balance affecting.
