Eyebrow piercing getting ripped out?

I had an eyebrow piercing for 2 months, I ve accidentally pulled it a couple times in my sleep. Lately I ve noticed that the wholes that keeps the piercing in are getting closer? I feel like my skin is ripping and eventually the piercing will fall out? What can I do? I m taking good care of it now, I don t want to get rid of the piercing? It doesn t hurt or bleed, it s not swollen either. It s just a little red but not noticeble.
