Need help with simulation in excel selecting a weighted random nam from a hat with names appearing more than once?

I'm trying to run a simulation that will select a random name from a list with weights. For example Column A, has 5 names and Column B will have the number of times that name appears in the drawing. Name 1 will appear 20,000 times. Name 2 will appear 20,000 times. Name 3 will appear 10,000 times Name 4 will appear 10,000 times. How do I build a simulation in excel that will randomly draw 1 of the names?
