Would I look with with twists?

I am biracial with 3b/3c hair and trying to grow it out without damaging it anymore and it's getting quite hard to manage, I have a really chubby face and just want an honest opinion if I would look bad with this length/size and an idea of how much it would cost to get done? I made a collage because I can't post more than one I'm the one with my hair not in twists lol
