Should I quit my job for another job offer?

I currently work at a job which pays $11 an hour and I work the weekends. I was offered a campus job at my college. The pros would be I would be on campus and would have the weekends off. I would only work 15 hours a week and would be allowed to do homework if it its not busy. The job would also be alot less stressful but it does not pay as much. I would be making $9.50 instead of $11
