Stomach constantly gurgling?

My stomach has been growling for probably ten minutes now. Theres a small break in betwen the gurgles but it wont stop. I dont have to like, fart or burp or anything? But is it gas? Im kinda constipated right now so could it be that? Its never done this before, at least not for this long. What is this?? Its starting to get really uncomfortable.
