Can my dog possibly still have memories from being in a puppy mill?

My Pomeranian dog was just 8-9 weeks old when I got her from a local rescue group. She was severely neglected, and they found her dumped on the streets with some other pups. It's been two years now, and she's the best dog ever! I worked so hard training and teaching her social skills. She's a lot different from when I first met her. Can she still have some memories of being born into a horrible place?
