Question #15268207

Does this basically mean I got the job?

I applied for Panda Express about mid-July (I'm 17 btw and I'm about to begin Senior year of high school) and for the Kitchen Staff since they had a job opening. I got an interview with the Hiring Manager about two weeks later and she said she would call me in a week prior to the interview for a second interview. During my first interview, she asked me, "May I ask what your schedule is for the next couple months?" And I told her that I have Tennis, which I play for my school typically from late August-late October (Fall season). I waited a week and when it got to the day she was supposed to call me for the second interview, I called her back and she said she really loves me and thinks I am a strong candidate to work at Panda. However, she told me that since I have Tennis, she's afraid I won't have time to work since Tennis will be an after school thing (school does not start until September 6). She said that since I am a good candidate and she would love for me to work at Panda Express, she told me every new employee needs to be trained before actually starting to work there and training takes a couple days to a week, according to her. She told me to call her back in October when Tennis season is over; that way, I have more time on my hands available for me to start "training". So does this basically mean I got the job at Panda?
