Do I have a brain tumor?

Hi guys, I'm writing this question because I suspect a brain tumor in my head and I'm really worried. I have been experiencing hair loss for a while now. My memory is really short. My attention span is really small and I have a really hard time concentrating on my task at hand like reading or listening to a lecture I tend to drift away after a couple of seconds. I occasionally have some headaches which can be quite painful sometimes. I don't feel refreshed after sleeping even though I tend to sleep for solid 8+ hours. My hearing seems to be affected as well since I need a person to repeat something twice before I can understand properly. I'm currently 17 years old if that helps... Thanks for reading.
