Kitten ate a chicken bone what should I do?

If push comes to shove we'll take her to the vet, but at the moment we are a little strained on money since we just got her and her brother fixed and vaccinated. Is there any foods that'll help coat her insides and protect them? Any thing we should keep an eye on?
