Is it ok if I make my kids(17) underweight and kick them out at 18 with them being weak/ underweight?

I am 55 and I hate them :'( I only allow them to eat twice a day both weigh 125 lbs and are 5'6 if I make them become underweight(under 120 lbs) and make them underweight and weak as a punishment and kick them out at 18 is that a good punishment?
