Foot pain after standing all day?

so i work full time on my feet and never get a break because i am the only worker in that department. my feet burn and ache after everyday for the past about 3 weeks. is this something i should go to a doctor about? it is very VERY hard for me to get time off of work because of lack of staff and because of my financial situation. is there any home tricks that i could do to soothe the pain?
