VINTAGE CLOTHING HELP?

I bought a vintage dress and I'm trying to find the year it was made. There is a lable inside the dress (see picture) but it is frayed and is unravling. I would like to know the brand name. Calling experts to try and make out the lable name. Maybe someone has knowledge of vintage clothing brands?
