Waiting for love?

I thought I met "the one" but I guess that doesn't really exist. I've done a lot of soul searching or whatever and to be honest I have more questions and doubts about life then before I started. I feel like I've come closer to the truth about a lot of things by reading the bible and going to church but when does one say enough is enough? I want to be with someone. Should I continue to search for someone that shares my shaky faith or should I just forget the whole spiritual journey even happened.
