Does it matter what you eat to lose weight as long as you stay within 1200 calories?
Today I specifically planned light meals to have 2 crunch chocolate bars, they were 460 calories and extremely delicious. I'm still within my 1200 calorie limit, can I still lose weight? Or with this being junk food, will this stall my weight loss and/or reverse it... I want to continue to include junk food daily while beibg within calorie limits, would I still be able to lose weight?
