I think I have a health problem help!!?

I m a 22 year old female and I have been experiencing myself feeling like I m pulsating (feel like I can hear pulsing like a heart beat like feeling all over my body) for almost a month now and I usually have a hard time sleeping at night because I can feel myself pulsating. I also feel like fainting and feel nauseous at times. I feel like I really need to go to the clinic to get checked up. I feel like it could have something to do with my blood pressure. It s usually the worst when I m on my period, I literally feel like I m going to faint. What am I experiencing? Please help.
