Eyebrow! Waxed off!!! Help!!!?

Basically I waxed of half my eyebrow by mistake (ridiculous I know...and it was my first time waxing too) and it hasn't grown back; 4 and a half months later! There isn't even any stubble and I hate it!!! Will it ever grow back!? I have African English hair anyway so my hair grows super slowly! I pencil it in but it always rubs off during school! Is there any thing I can do??!
