my 2year old wont sleep in her bed?

my daughter turned two december, since birth she has always been in her own bed we have neaver allowed her to sleep with us, as we knew this would cause further troubles, a week ago today she had a night mare claiming that she could see spiders and fish on her. We put her in our bed to settler her down but since this night she has been screaming in her bed saying she wont to come out, she will sleep from 7pm untill 12am and then scream all night no matter how much we try to comfort her in her bed she still screams. how can i get her to settle down without putting her into our bed
