how would i gain muscles effectively?
I am a starter belly dancer and i weigh way too little ( 176 cm tall and 50 kg ). I need to gain muscles and weight because i can't dance properly and i get tired very quickly. Do you have any suggestions on how would i gain muscles and weight healthy? Techniques, diets and stuff. or if you know any useful pages, could you post a link? Thank you
