Good sad or funny movies?

I'm looking to watch a few good movies:) I want movies that are romantic and sad like the notebook, or a film like the perks of being a wallflower which was amazing, had me in tears. Every film makes me cry really, but if you dont know any really good films similar to those two name a few good films like 21 jump street or project x related? thanks!:)x
