How are they adding items to my device and printer page on my computer ?

Hi, Ive been having problems with things added to my device and printers page on my computer. They changed my key board today when I first went on there was a new one there and then my internet went off and when it came back on my key board was back there. How are they adding items to my device and printers ? Ive called my internet company but they only care that im on line. I hope I make sence to you.
