how to fix fbi virus?

I am answering this questions as I solved it: If you have Windows 7 You can push F8 and enter safe mode, from there go to repair computer, then simply pick a previous version/backup of your system and restore it. It worked like magic after spending 1 whole day trying the other answer that did not work on the internet.
