Fog lights not working?

My fogs stopped working! The bulbs are new, wiring are correct (haven't had time to check the relay), although I don't think that's the problem because when I press it, the light goes turns on the relay. I have no idea at all what is causing it and it's killing me! I don't wanna bring it to a shop to fix because they'll charge me my whole life savings.
