Do black tights/blue skinny jeans/black skinny jeans/miniskirt look good?

I'm a size 0 in jeans and an extra small in tops. I'm also around 5'1. Would I look good in black tights/blue skinny jeans/black skinny jeans/miniskirt? It's just that whenever I put on some of these things, I look a lot more chubby compared to my other extra small friends. Or is it just all in my head.....? Are size 0 girls like me guaranteed to look good in these clothes? Or not? Not trying to look for attention. Just pure fashion advice. :)
