Where can I get cheap / ex-display lasers and smoke machines etc?

Basically I need a smoke machine (preferably larger than 400w) and some good lasers and perhaps a strobe for a new years party in a wooden cabin (approx 15x5m) however I am on a budget as I am a student. I'm looking to spend no more than £30- 40 per unit. Thanks!
