do i have an addiction to alcohol? do you think i should drink tonight?

i am craving some vodka very much right now. I drank 6 shots yesterday and I love it too much. I am also russian if that makes any difference, some people tell me its in my genes or something. apart from that I have nearly perfect diet and I do mixed martial arts thus I workout at least 3 hours a day so I am very healthy. I feel like when i drink once i always want more, do you think its ok for me to drink some tonight? My grandpa who is in his 80s and in great shape has been drinking almost every day since very young age. may be its ok for me too?
