Has Minecraft for Xbox 360 blocked modded saves?

I've had a modded save for a while now, but recently I just picked up and tried to play again and every time I try to save I get a message saying "Save failed, Your storage device is unavailable or has an error". I have tried uninstalling Minecraft and reinstalling as well as formatting USB over. Have they hotfixed modded saves? If so that would honestly make no sense.....
