Could i possibly make it into superbike world championship?

I am a 16 year old who just started racing amateur at a local track where I have done fairly well. I am going to be applying for AMA soon and I was wondering if at my age, it is too late to make it into professional racing such as SBK or MotoGP? People have told me I am very talented and I picked up on the sport fast.
