Whos bringing down our team?

I play soccer at the youth level, our team hasn't had much success at all. There are a few really good players and they put themselves above the team. If anyone makes a mistake they yell at them when they make the same mistake sometimes. I feel like they are making everybody play worse. Are they actually making our team worse or is it not them.
