Computer freezes after booted.?

My computer freezes after it is turned on and nothing works. I can`t move the mouse or do Alt+Ctrl+Delete thing. Is there an solution, and don`t say take it apart or nothing b/c I have NO idea how a computer works and it is not mine but my uncle`s, yet is there any EASY solution?
