Tips on Migraines Please?

I'm in seventh grade (not thirteen yet) and suffer from migraines. I get unusual migraines called an aura. So here are my symptoms: 1. Odd vision as if I looked at the sun too long 2. Throbbing pain behind my eyebrow 3.Numb right hand 4. right side of face and tongue is numb I have ways of getting rid of the migraines but they come back like four hours later. I was wondering if anyone had more tips on how to get rid of them for the rest of the day.
