Can a teen get laser resurfacing or dermabrasion?

I'm 14 turning 15 soon and i was wondering if i could get laser resurfacing or dermabrasion and stuff like that at my age. I have acne and A LOT of acne scars :( ive delt with acne for about 3 years and ive tried doing everything i can to help my skin but it doesnt work nothing goes aways :/ it really kills my self esteem ive become really shy and i just cant look at anybody in the eye or even stare at my own reflection . . ive heard laser treatments can help acne/acne scars but is it to early?
