Anyone else hate apple?

How could a company who puts out the exact same product, with the same screen size, and same stupid non customizable (tuned for a 9 year old) interface EVERY year, be so mad when a company like Samsung comes and makes a better product, and in turn makes more money? If apple is so upset about Samsung making money off of their phones, then maybe apple should come out with a half decent product, instead of the same old thing every year, with non expandable memory, and sub par screen and camera at a ridiculous price. It's called free enterprise! How could US courts allow apple to sue Samsung?
