Why does my head hurt when I run in cold weather?

I usually run and just recently I've been developing headaches during halfway my run and when I get home it feels worst. The weather here is in the high 60s but there is a breeze that really chills you. I ran this whole summer it's like 2 miles and just recently I've been developing headaches. Why is that?
