can i have babies with these issues and should i go see someone to see if i can have babies?

i went in for a following on an ultra sound for my ovarian cyst i had for like over a year to see if it was still there i cant remember if it was but i have been know to get them on my right side, the largest size of it was the size of a nickel, but it bursts every so often . but the ultra sound tech had asked me if i was still taking my birthcontrol and i said yes but i was lieing i had been off it for a year but she said i could tell you were still taking it because the lining of my uterus was thin i am no longer on it cuz im worried i can not have babies.
